A practical guide

A list in, an outline out.

  1. Choose one PDF.
  2. Enter one bookmark per line as Title | page; indent a line with two spaces to nest it under the previous one.
  3. Save the copy and open the bookmarks panel of a PDF viewer to test every entry.
