A practical guide

Deliver selected pages as image files.

  1. Open one PDF and select the document page positions to render.
  2. Choose PNG or JPEG and a supported rendering resolution.
  3. Export, unpack the ZIP and inspect each image.

Try this example

For a ten-page design PDF, export pages 1-3 as PNG. Unpack the ZIP and confirm there are three images, including the cover and both selected layouts.

Before you start: Pages are raster images, not editable design objects. This is separate from extracting original embedded pictures; choose that tool if you need image assets.

Combine images into a PDF
What you get

Render selected whole pages as PNG or JPEG images in a ZIP. Choose format and resolution.

Limits and important details

10 MiB input, 200 source pages, 20 selected pages, 4 MP per page/image, 24 MP total and 48 MiB ZIP; extraction also caps at 100 images. Stencil masks and grouped inline images are unsupported. Extraction excludes annotation appearances and does not apply page clipping, rotation or overlays; hidden image areas may be included. Repeats are deduplicated within each page only. Complex PDFs can need more memory. No OCR; ZIP is not PDF input.
