A practical guide
Prepare only the pages you mean to share.
- Open the deliverable and review its page sequence.
- Select the outdated cover or appendix by page position.
- Remove the selections, then check the first and last pages of the new copy.
Try this example
A 10-page proposal has an old cover at position 1 and a superseded appendix at positions 9-10. Remove 1, 9-10 and check that the proposal now opens on its current summary.

Before you start: Page positions start at 1 and may differ from printed labels. Removing pages does not sanitize metadata or hidden content; inspect the copy before sharing.

Limits and important details
At least one page must remain. Removing pages is not secure redaction or metadata sanitization, and copying pages does not guarantee preservation of bookmarks, interactive forms or digital signatures. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.
