A practical guide

Choose only the pages needed for the preview.

  1. Select the PDF page positions for the preview set.
  2. Choose PNG and a supported resolution.
  3. Export the ZIP and verify its file count and page content.

Try this example

Select pages 2 and 5 in a six-page service report and export PNG. Open the two images to verify the procedure and summary page before sharing them as a preview.

Combine images into a PDF
What you get

Render selected PDF pages as PNG images in a ZIP. Choose page positions and resolution.

Limits and important details

10 MiB input, 200 source pages, 20 selected pages, 4 MP per page/image, 24 MP total and 48 MiB ZIP; extraction also caps at 100 images. Stencil masks and grouped inline images are unsupported. Extraction excludes annotation appearances and does not apply page clipping, rotation or overlays; hidden image areas may be included. Repeats are deduplicated within each page only. Complex PDFs can need more memory. No OCR; ZIP is not PDF input.

Example

Export pages 1-2 as PNG. Unpack the ZIP and check two .png files against the original PDF pages.
